PEER NAVIGATOR - VETERANS
Veteran and Family Peer Navigator works to guide transitioning military, veterans and their families through the complex system of resources and information in the VA-MD-DC region. Through an understanding of military culture and veteran resources, the navigator can guide veterans and families to a more easily-accessible system of care.

Organization Description:
Provides services to make it easier for veterans and transitioning military, National Guard and Reserve members, and their families, to access services in the local community by providing guidance on how to access the care and support they need. Coordinates with local nonprofits, community organizations, business and government to provide information counseling and support to local veterans.
